Inspection and Evaluation

Effective pest control begins with a comprehensive inspection of the property. The inspection reveals vital information including the type of pest present, the severity of the infestation, entry points and possible root causes.

Repair and Exclusion

Some pest issues stem from, or are exasperated by poor construction practices or lack of structural maintenance. Wind damage, for example, can lead to water intrusion and exposed openings in the structure, both of which increase the likelihood of a pest infestation. Identifying and correcting structural issues is a key element of our process.

Habitat Modification

Just as structural maintenance is important in preventing an infestation, maintaining the environment surrounding the structure is also vital in the fight against pests.
